Nichole (fostermom & gal) & Jack (fostermom) sit and chat about local events concerning the state DCF cancelling the contract of the local CBC and the sheriff’s department opening a criminal investigation into the CBC. The community is anxiously awaiting information about what will happen in the next 60 days while we wait for DCF to roll out the new system, hire a new CBC, and transition all the employees, volunteers, partners, caregivers, and children over to the new organization. In the meantime – we vent our frustrations, anxieties and speculate on what everything means.
