Season 4 Episode 7 : TBRI for Behaviors in Foster Care

Leigh Ann Drew from Family Initiatives join Jack & Cat for a conversation about how TBRI can help improve behaviors. TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) was developed by the Kathryn Purvis Institute Of Child Development to be a trust based and trauma informed modality to support children who have experienced trauma. TBRI is based on neuroscience, sensory processing, attachment and connection, which is considered the heartbeat of TBRI.

Family Initiatives is contracted with CBCs in Florida to provide support to resource families and caregivers free of charge in order to improve placement stability, and resource home longevity.
